I am pretty sure this is the only release by The Cons, a San Francisco band led by Andrew Gomez (later of NRVS LVRS).
Every song on this EP is excellent, but the closer, "Some People" is one of my favorite songs of all time.
Not sure how available this is these days, so definitely check it out.
