She was only 32 when this album was released, but her biggest chart days wer behind her, and that is where I like to dwell. I love hearing albums from artists as their careers began to wane, as they are often more rich and soulful. It is just so good to hear artists throughout their entire career, not just the apex of their popularity.
I have listened to this a couple of times and really look forward to hearing it again.
