Dead Meadow - 2005 - Feathers

 

I was fortunate enough to go to Austin Psych Fest with a couple of friends in 2014. This band was my favorite of a slate of great bands, and was my first exposure to them. They played on the other side of the river at night with projections across it on the trees. It was really cool. This, their fourth album, was released on Matador.
