Colin Blunstone is best known as one of the main members of The Zombies. They recorded from 1964 to 1968 before breaking up. Blunstone took a normal job but then, their biggest hit, "Time of the Season" landed, so he returned to recording, and this, his debut album was co-produced by his former partner in The Zombies, Rod Argent ("Hold Your Head Up"... great song).. and this album is gorgeous. The Cosmic Slop radio show on the University of Minnesota radio station that Nick turned me on to played him a lot... I have listened to this a number of times.. it is beautiful. It is about a breakup.
